   This is a description of which clock events control which  
 Pbar beam transfers. The timing channels that make these     
 events are on P60 / DTOA / 6 ( parameter page ).             
                                                              
   In general each beamline has three timings that control it.
   (1) A TCLK event occurring approx 0.5  secs   before beam. 
   (2) An MRBS or other beam synched time approx 280 micro-   
       seconds before beam.                                   
   (3) A TCLK event made by (2) ; again about the same 280    
       microseconds before beam.                              
                                                              
   Some of these events are generated by the TLG and some are
