PA0052 General Purpose Parameter Program

The module is in rack TRF-1, and makes a sine function at twice 
the synchrotron frequency as determined from a Tev MDAT I input.
Four inputs named (T:)TBS1,TBS2,TBS3, and TBS4 fire a retrig.   
1-shot for locally set gate lengths and turn the output on.  The
output amplitude is controlled separately for each trigger by   
params (T:)BSAMP1,BSAMP2,BSAMP3, and BSAMP4.  Amplitude params  
are in units of DP/P (degrees peak to peak), and the sine func- 
tion drives 2 phase shifters in the TLLRF proton and antiproton 
fanout path to spread bunches.  The module output frequency can 
be verniered +/- 10 Hz by adjusting T:BDAC1.  View or fast time 
plot the Bunch Spreader output with T:BSOUT.
