7/15/91 Hardware to measure Main Ring and Tevatron Bunch length 
has been installed.  Operations bulletin 1220 describes hardware
operation, tuning, and measurement accuracy.  Params are;       
M:BLMON  : bunch length output                                  
M:BLM53  : detected beam  53 Mhz amplitude                      
M:BLM159 : detected beam 159 Mhz amplitude                      
M:BUNAnn  (nn=cycle reset) : Input atten. control               
                                                                
T:BLMON  : bunch length output                                  
T:BLM53  : detected beam  53 Mhz amplitude                      
T:BLM159 : detected beam 159 Mhz amplitude                      
Tev BLMON input attenuator has only LOCAL control.
