PA0758 Lumberjack Logger List Control

 Lists may be sorted alphabetically to aid in locating a device.
                                                                
 The sort is temporal, in that the next operation if not 'save  
to file' will redisplay the original list.  If 'saved to file', 
the sorted list of course remains sorted until changed.         
                                                                
 Lists collected on clock event are not sorted.                 
                                                                
 Lists may also be sorted across list frequencies that are      
identical.
