PA0758 Lumberjack Logger List Control

Each list is designed to contain 60 elements.  Array devices may cause a list to 
contain more than 60 logged elements.  When a list already has more than 60
elements subscribed, no additional array devices may be added to the list 
without over-riding subscription limits using the program tools menu.
