PA0758 Lumberjack Logger List Control

                                                                
  Clicking within the field *Write List to File will cause the  
  file containing names to log for this list to be written to   
  the file. Any changes to the names displayed within the window
  are lost when changing lists, nodes or exiting the application
  unless written to file. The program now asks the user if they 
  are sure they want to change lists or nodes if changes have   
  been made and the new list has not been written to file yet.  
  The changes will not affect the datalogger until reinitializ- 
  ing Lumberjack!!
