PA1665 Main Injector MECAR Program

  The I2 program performs  control tasks in three categories 1) the three 
MI physics parameters - momentum,tunes,chromaticities and octupole loops, 
2) MECAR operations, 3) main mangnet power supply turn-on order.
  The I2 is a collection of many sub-programs(or pages, tasks). The key to
understand and use the program is the MAIN MENU, one of the TOP MENU BAR 
commands.
