This program acquires FLASH and DISPLAY BPM data for consecutive
measurements and calculates the mean value and RMS spread.

The program ignores pulses which are below an intensity of  1E11
on B:TOR800 for the MI8 line
   I:TOR852         FMI, P1 line
   R:TOR803         R30 line
   R:TOR330         Recycler.

You can abort the measurement at any time  and the programm will
calculate RMS and mean of the pulses measured so far.
