This is an application for the TEVATRON coupling correction
during shot set up. It uses the Fourier analysis of the TBT
data acquired after kicking the beam. The program comes up 
with default settings which need not to be changed during 
routine operation. 

After correcting the chromaticity
 
  *   Inject uncoalesced beam
  *   Set Q_x=.586  and Q_z=.578
  *   Switch tickler off
  *   Use C101 to
        1) Fire the kicker     (FIRE!)
        2) Analyse the data     (Go!)
        3) Set the corrections  (SET)
  *   Before leaving the program, check the coupling;
      if it is not satisfactory, something went wrong:
      use the RESET knob and correct the coupling as 
      in the good old time...
  *   Set usual injection tunes and proceed
