Estats Abstract

Usage :  ESTATS is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	 logs engine (DAE) job statistics.  You can view log files
	 for ESTATS in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

Restart: ESTATS is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
