Fshare Abstract

Usage :  FSHARE is a task running on CENTRA.  It manages the opening,
	 closing, reading, and writing of data files for applications 
	 within the ACNET controls environment.

Restart:  This process is restarted on an ACNET boot.  Using the Operator
	  account, a restart may be done with 'ACNET RESTART FSHARE'.
