Quicktest Abstract

Usage :  QUICKTEST is used by console programmers to transfer test PA and SA 
	  .EXE files to CPLD on the OPER cluster.  CPLD then makes these .EXE 
	  files available to consoles.  The test PA's are available on the
	  Z index page and the test SA's are activated via page D7.  All test
	  applications are deleted every morning at 3:00 AM.
