Remote Abstract

Usage :   REMOTE is a Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which provides
	  readings and settings of non-ACNET parameters as ACNET devices.
	  You can view log files for REMOTE in the directory
	  'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.  REMOTE runs on DCE34 and can be
	  reached accessed via XML-RPC at http://www-bd.fnal.gov/xmlrpc/Remote
	  and the binary interface at http://www-bd.fnal.gov/Remote

	  REMOTE needs to be restarted if devices are added to the database
   	  that it owns.

Restart:  REMOTE is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
