Tcport Abstract

Usage :  TCPORT is the stream based data acquisition and control
	  manager providing readings and settings to tcp/ip clients.
	  Primary users are Labview Macintoshes that want scaled
	  readings and setting control to their instrument's devices.
	  TCPORT restricts settings to a compiled list of valid 
	  devices.  

	  For message format rules and details, see the help pages
	  of D131.  

	  See page D131, the TCPORT manager application program for 
	  help and diagnostic information.  

	  TCPORT runs on node CENTRA now; it is no longer on CFSS.

Restart:  TCPORT is restarted on an Acnet boot.  Using the Operator 
	  account on CENTRA, a restart may be done with 'ACNET RESTART 
	  TCPORT'.
