Usage : TEVCAL is a Java Open Access Client.
It provides calculated devices--devices derived from the
readings of other devices--for the Tevatron.
It also makes periodic saves of the Tevatron Orbit
Profiles and the Tevatron DFGs which can be viewed from
T39 and T57 respectively. You can view log files for
TEVCAL in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.
The source code in mecca for TEVCAL is for a now
obsolete VMS version of TEVCAL.
Restart: TEVCAL is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
