How To Convert an Old Project to Use Moocan

1. Makefile should no longer need to link with libmooc.a libacnet.a
	libftpm.a libtrig.a libutils.a libtrigvme.a libssm.a
	instead, all you need is this in the startup script
	ld </users/ad_projects/moocan/clear/libmoocan.o

2. In the startup script, after loading modules call MoocNew()
	Keep in mind, MoocNew() will not return until its done. This
	may take 10s of seconds, but there is no need to put in Delays
	anymore.
	
3. Write a function for the project called something like ProjNew()
	which creates the class and creates the instance for the class.
	Take these calls out of the ooc_ini.c file which is no longer
	needed. Call ProjNew() in the startup script after MoocNew()
	The class number used must be added to /mooc/classes.h	

4. Call MoocAlarmScan(1) and MoocDeviceDownLoad(1) in the startup
	script if needed.
	
5. inient.c ooc_ini.c are no longer needed for each project.
	Likewise if you have a ucd.c or a slam.c, they are not needed.
