bpm_get_house_names_c

	status.i4.v = bpm_get_house_names_c(house.ch.d, max_return.i4.v,
					    num_names.i4.r, names.ch.d
					    [,channels.i4a.r])

	This routine returns the names of BPMs belonging to a particular
	house.  These are the names for the currently selected machine.
	See bpm_machine_c.

	house		null terminated ASCII house name
	max_return	maximum number of names to return
	num_names	returned number of names for the requested house
	names		returned BPM names
			(DEVICE_NAME_LEN * "max_return")
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if the names are not needed.)
	[channels]	returned BPM channel numbers
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		BPM names are not available for the
				requested machine
	otherwise		SQL error
