bpm_get_tbt_names

	status.i4.v = bpm_get_tbt_names(tbt_names.i1a.r, num_tbt.i4.r)

	This routine returns the names of valid BPM turn by turn detectors.
	These are the names for the currently selected machine.  See
	bpm_machine_c.  Note: A value of NULL can be passed for either
	of the returned arguments if their values are not needed.

	tbt_names	returned turn by turn detector names
			(BPM_TBT_NAME_LEN characters per detector)
	num_tbt		returned number of turn by turn detectors

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		not yet supported for the active machine
