bpm_protect_file_c

	status.i4.v = bpm_protect_file_c(file_number.i4.v, protection.i4.v)

	This routine changes the protection for a BPM file for the selected
	machine.  See bpm_machine_c.

	file_number	number of file to change protection for (starts at 1)
	protection	file protection code
			(BPM_NO_PROTECT -> unprotect file,
			 BPM_USER_PROTECT -> standard user protection)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid file number passed
	SQL_xxx			database error

	This function requires the following include files:

	ul_cbsaux/bpmuti.h, acnet_errors_h
