bpm_set_threshold_c

	status.i4.v = bpm_set_threshold_c(machine_state.i4.v, threshold.r4.v)

	This routine sets BPM uP sample threshold levels.  See bpm_machine_c.

	For BPM_TEVATRON:
	machine_state	physics operation mode
			(BPM_FIX_THRESH -> fixed target threshold,
			 BPM_COLL_THRESH -> Collider threshold)
			(Note:  This argument is only used for the Tevatron.)
	For BPM_MAIN_INJECTOR:
	machine_state	physics operation mode
			(BPM_HEP_THRESH -> HEP threshold,
			 BPM_STUDIES_THRESH -> studies threshold)
			(Note:  This argument is only used for the Tevatron
				and the Main Injector.)
	threshold	threshold in units of 1.0e9 ppb

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		not supported for the currently selected
				machine
	CBS_INVARG		invalid machine state passed
	otherwise		ACNET error
