c070_configure

	status.i4.v = c070_configure(device_index.i4.v, file_name.i1a.r)

This routine downloads the data in a file to an 070. If the data was
saved in energy units, it will be converted to engineering units before
being downloaded. For Main Injector devices, the reset event to use
will have been saved along with the data.

device_index	device index of the 070
file_name	short name of the file to be downloaded to the 070

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
DIO_NO_SUCH no data associated with the specified name
				was found
DIO_CORRUPT data in 070 has been corrupted
	DIO_INVDATA invalid time value passed
DIO_UNAVAIL data source is not DATA_SOURCE_DATAPOOL
CLIB_INVARG the specified energy does not occur during
				the cycle
	CBS_BUGCHK conversion table is invalid
DBM_xxx device database access error (multiple sources)
	DPM_xxx datapool access error
SQL_xxx save file database error (multiple sources)

This function requires the following include files:
