c070_get_file_names

	status.i4.v = c070_get_file_names(device.i4.v, file_names.i1pa.r
					  [,options.u4.v])

	This routine returns a list of 070 module file names associated
	with the given device.

	device_index	device index of the 070 (The names of the save
			files associated with this device will be returned.)
	file_names	returns a pointer to an array of pointers to the
			up to C070_TITLE_NAME_LEN character names of the
			save files
			(Each name will be null-terminated. The last pointer
			 in the array will be NULL. The user is responsible
			 for freeing the strings if the returned status value
			 is greater than zero (see example below).)
	[options]	file name selection options
			(C070_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 C070_OPT_SEQUENCER_ONLY -> access Sequencer files only
						    (default))

	This function returns status values as follows:

	> 0 number of names being returned, not
				counting the null pointer at the end
	0			no names were found
	SQL_xxx			database access error
