check_power_leads_c

	status.i4.v = check_power_leads_c(location.i4.v, type.i4.v)

	This routine checks the status of the Tevatron power lead control
	valves.

	location	which valve locations are desired
			(LEAD_ALL -> all locations,
			 LEAD_RING -> all standard locations,
			 LEAD_B0_HIGH_CURR -> B0 low beta high current PS leads,
			 LEAD_B0_MED_CURR -> B0 low beta medium current PS
					     leads,
			 LEAD_B0_LOW_CURR -> B0 low beta low current PS leads,
			 LEAD_D0_HIGH_CURR -> D0 low beta high current PS leads,
			 LEAD_D0_MED_CURR -> D0 low beta medium current PS
					     leads,
			 LEAD_D0_LOW_CURR -> D0 low beta low current PS leads)
	type		type of leads
			(LEAD_BOTH -> high and low energy leads,
			 LEAD_LOW -> low energy leads,
			 LEAD_HIGH -> high energy leads)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			all requested lead flows are on
	DIO_xxx			failed in reading lead flow status
	otherwise		number of requested lead flows not on
