clockscope_save

	status.i4.v = clockscope_save(event_data.s.r, title.i1a.r,
				      author.i1a.r)

	This routine saves clockscope event data.  See clockscope_recall.

	event_data	clock event history data to save
			(structure of type CLK_HISTORY2)
	title		save file title (length is LEN_CS_TITLE or
			NULL terminate if shorter)
	author		author of save (length is PROCESS_NAME_LEN)
			(A value of NULL can be passed if no author is
			 desired  In this case, the process name is used.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTOPN		couldn't open the clock event history file
	CBS_NOTENB		saves are not enabled on this console
	CBS_CORRUPT		clock event history file has been corrupted
