logger_menu

	select_node.i4.v = logger_menu(top_row.i4.v, left_column.i4.v,
				       logger_name.i1p.r, your_item.i1a.r
				       [,order_by_node.i4.v])

	This routine displays a scrolling menu of Lumberjack data loggers.
	It allows the user to select a logger and then returns its
	specifications.

	top_row		top row of menu (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in 'macro' for special
			positioning)
	left_column	left column of menu (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in 'macro' for special
			positioning)
	logger_name	pointer to selected datalogger name string
	your_item	you specify a string to be used for the first
			item in the menu  (Pass a value of NULL if none
			is desired.)

	[order_by_node]	if it is TRUE, the menu will be displayed in
			alphabetic order by node.

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			"your_item" was selected
	CBS_READONLY		no menu item was selected
	otherwise		node number of selected logger
