put_071_raw_c

	status.i4.v = put_071_raw_c(device_index.i4.v, num_values.i4.v,
				    values.i4a.r [,frame.i4.v] [,start.i4.v])

This routine loads values into an 071 module.

	device_index	device index of 071
num_values	number of values to load
(valid values range from 1 to C071_MAX_VALUES)
values array of values to send
	[frame] desired frame number
(values range from C071_MIN_FRAME to C071_MAX_FRAME)
			(default is C071_MIN_FRAME)
[start] starting location in 071 memory (starts at 0)
(default (-1) is to start at frame's present location
or 0 if it is a new frame)

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
DIO_BADARG invalid number of values, invalid frame
				number, or invalid start index
DIO_INVLEN requested frame won't fit in available
				memory
DIO_CORRUPT data in 071 has been corrupted
	DIO_INVDATA invalid send value passed
DIO_UNAVAIL data source is not DIO_SOURCE_ACCELERATOR
	otherwise other ACNET error
