abort_check

	aborted.i4.v = abort_check([update_interrupts.i4.v])

	This routine checks to see if the user has aborted in the window
	created by an earlier call to abort_init. A value of TRUE
	is returned if this has taken place. This routine will also
	return a value of TRUE if a call to abort_assert has been made.

	[update_ints]	update interrupt information flag
			(TRUE -> update interrupt information in this
				 routine by calling intype (default),
			 FALSE -> don't update interrupt information
				  (abort_check is being called in a
				   window_intype loop))

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_MEMFAIL error in allocating dynamic memory
	TRUE			user aborted
	FALSE			user did not abort
