acnet_error_text

	status.i4.v = acnet_error_text(acnet_error.s.r, error_text.i1a.r)

	This routine may be used to return a short text message corresponding
	to an ACNET standard 16-bit error code. The facility code portion
	will be converted to a short facility title to be returned as part of
	a text string. The string is returned in the user's byte array
	"error_text" which must be allocated large enough to contain
	ACNET_ERROR_TEXT_LEN characters. The format of the returned text
	string is:

				"FACTITLE_ERRORTEXT"

	The result will be null terminated. If the value of "acnet_error"
	indicates complete success (value of zero), the length of the
	returned string will be zero.

	acnet_error	ACNET error code (structure of type ACNET_ERR)
	error_text	returned error text string
			(ACNET_ERROR_TEXT_LEN characters)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	CBS_NO_SUCH		undocumented ACNET error code

	This function requires the following include files:

	cns_data_structs_h, clib_h

	int	status;
	static const ACNET_ERR	ACNET_ERROR = {ERRFAC_DPM, 1};

	status = acnet_error_text(&ACNET_ERROR,error_text);
