acnet_getnext_request

	request.sp.v = acnet_getnext_request(handle.i1a.r)

	Pop next request from the FIFO stack of requests maintained by
	acnet_receive_requests.  Each call to this function will release
	the memory for a previously popped request.  If there is a request
	your current ACNET handle will be set to "handle".

	handle		ACNET connection-name (in ASCII)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	NULL			no requests exist
	request			request-header and request are returned here:
				struct UAB_REQUEST (structure member
				"uab_l_reqadr" points to the request message)

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_h
