acnet_is_rum_handle

	status.i4.v = acnet_is_rum_handle(net_handle.i1a.r)

	This routine determines whether or not a handle string is presently
	in use as an ACNET RUM handle.  This is a handle for a server
	process in that it will receive unsolicited messages.

	net_handle	network handle string (PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	TRUE			this is a present RUM-connected handle
	FALSE			this is not a present RUM-connected handle

	This function requires the following include files:
