alarm_list_find_device_c

	status.i4.v = alarm_list_find_device_c(system_name.i1a.r,
					       device_index.i4.v,
					       property.i2.v,
					       max_return.i4.v, options.u4.v,
					       num_entries.i4.r,
					       list_entries.sa.r)

	This routine will return the alarm list entries containing
	a given device.  These lists are maintained by page D59 (PA4087).

	system_name	requested system name  (If a value of NULL is
			passed for this argument, all systems will be
			searched.)
	device_index	requested device index
	property	requested property index (If a value of PRNULL is
			passed for this argument, all alarm properties
			will be returned.) (constants are in 'dbprops')
	max_return	maximum number of entries to return
	options		retrieval options (not presently used)
	num_entries	returned number of matching entries
	list_entries	returned list entries
			(array of structures of type ALARM_LIST_ENTRY)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid system name passed
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving alarm list information
