alarm_list_name_to_devices_c

	status.i4.v = alarm_list_name_to_devices_c(list_name.i1a.r,
						   max_return.i4.v,
						   num_returned.i4.r,

This routine will return the list of devices associated with
an alarm list. These lists are maintained by page D59 (PA4087).
If only a system name is provided, all alarm list devices for
the requested system will be returned.

	list_name	requested list name ('{system}\{list name}')
(If only the system name is provided, all alarm
list devices from this system will be returned.)
max_return	maximum number of devices to return
			(maximum number is ALARM_LIST_MAX_DEVICES)
num_devices	returned number of device/properties actually
			returned
device_indices	returned device index or array of device indices
properties	returned property or array of properties
	[options]	retrieval options

[list_indices]	returned list indices or array of list indices
			(default is NULL)

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
	CLIB_INVARG invalid system name passed
	CLIB_NO_SUCH nonexistent list name requested
SQL_xxx error retrieving alarm list information
