alarm_list_status_c

	status.i4.v = alarm_list_status_c(list_name.i1a.r, max_return.i4.v,
					  num_returned.i4.r, list_status.i4a.r
					  [,options.u4.v])

	This routine will return the status of a user alarm list.
	These lists are maintained by page D59 (PA4087).  If only a
	system name is provided, the status of all alarm lists for
	the requested system will be returned.

	list_name	requested list name ('{system}\{list name}')
			(If only the system name is provided, the status
			 of all alarm list for this system will be returned.)
	max_return	maximum number of lists to return
			(maximum number is ALARM_LISTS_PER_SYSTEM)
	num_returned	returned number of list status values actually
			returned
	list_status	returned list status or array of list status values
			(ALARM_LIST_EMPTY -> list is empty,
			 ALARM_LIST_BYPASSED -> list is bypassed,
			 ALARM_LIST_ENABLED -> list is enabled)
	[options]	retrieval options (not presently used)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid system name passed
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		nonexistent list name requested
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving alarm list information
