array_clear_c

	status.i4.v = array_clear_c(array.g.v, num_entries.i4.v,
				    sizeof_entry.i4.v, start_entry.i4.v)

	This routine will clear (zero) an arbitrary array starting at
	a given entry in the array.

	array		array to be cleared
	num_entries	number of entries in the array (>= 1)
	sizeof_entry	size of a single entry (in bytes) (>= 1)
	start_entry	entry number to start clear (starts at 1)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG invalid number of entries, size of entry,
				or starting entry

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
