binbox(_c)

	in_box.i4.v = binbox(top_row.i4.r, num_rows.i4.r,
			     left_column.i4.r, num_columns.i4.r)

	in_box.i4.v = binbox_c(top_row.i4.v, num_rows.i4.v,
			       left_column.i4.v, num_columns.i4.v)

	This routine will return a value of TRUE if the TV cursor was in
	the specified box in the background window the last time the
	intype or window_intype routine was called.  This routine is a
	replacement for 'inbox(_c)' for applications utilizing window
	management.

	top_row		top row of box
	num_rows	number of rows in box
	left_column	left column of box
	num_columns	number of columns in box

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			interrupt was in the specified region
	FALSE			interrupt was not in the specified region
