binfld(_c)

	in_field.i4.v = binfld(row.i4.r, left_column.i4.r, num_columns.i4.r)

	in_field.i4.v = binfld_c(row.i4.v, left_column.i4.v, num_columns.i4.v)

	This routine will return a value of TRUE if the TV cursor was in
	the specified field of the background window the last time the
	intype or window_intype routine was called.  This routine is a
	replacement for 'infld(_c)' for applications utilizing window
	management.

	row		row of field
	left_column	left column of field
	num_columns	number of columns in field

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			interrupt was in the field
	FALSE			interrupt was not in the field
