center_window_c

	too_big.i4.v = center_window_c(center_type.i4.v,
				       width.i4.v, height.i4.v,
				       left_column.i4.r, top_row.i4.r,
				       right_column.i4.r, bottom_row.i4.r)

	This routine will shift a window's coordinates to center them
	on the screen. A value of TRUE will be returned if the window
	cannot fit on the screen. Otherwise, a value of FALSE will be
	returned.

	center_type	type of centering

	top_row top row of window (input/output value)
