clipboard_export_open

   	status.i4.v = clipboard_export_open(fhandle.g.r)

	This routine opens a file which will be copied to the user's GUI
   	clipboard when it is closed. A FILE handle is returned to the
   	caller. The caller makes calls to file write functions such as
   	fwrite or fprintf to fill the file. Newline characters may be
   	included to separate lines. When clipboard_export_close is
   	called, the file is closed and the contents are copied to the
   	clipboard.

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_GENERIC_ERROR	file open failed

	This function requires the following include files:

	clib_h, acnet_errors_h

	Related functions:

	clipboard_export, clipboard_export_close, tv_paste_callback_add,
   	tv_paste_callback_remove

   	C/C++ usage:

   	FILE *fhandle;
   	int status, i;
   	double x[100], y[100];	// data we want to export

   	status = clipboard_export_open(&fhandle);
   	for (i=0; i<100; i++) {
   	    fprintf(fhandle, "%g %g\n", x[i], y[i]);
   	}
   	status = clipboard_export_close();
