cns_edit_set_cursor_c

	status.i4.v = cns_edit_set_cursor_c(row.i4.v, column.i4.v)

	This routine positions the cursor at the position defined by
	"row" and "column" in the present text window.

	row		desired cursor row
	column		desired cursor column

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid cursor positon 
	CBS_NOINIT		no previous call to cns_edit has been made
