console_help_text_c

	status.i4.v = console_help_text_c(task.i1a.r, help_level.i4.v,
					  help_entry.i4.v, help_text.sa.r,
					  num_rows.i4.r, num_columns.i4.r)

	This routine will return a requested block of console help text.
	The returned text will be in the XCHAR color-coded format.
	Any of the returned argument values can be defaulted by passing
	a value of NULL for that argument.

	task		ASCII name of task to get help for
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
	help_level	level of help text requested (1-3)
	help_entry	specific help entry requested (ignored for level 1)
			(1-30 for level 2, 1-600 for level 3)
	help_text	returned console help text
			("num_rows" x "num_columns" array of XCHAR structures)
	num_rows	returned number of rows of text
	num_columns	returned number of columns of text

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid help level or entry requested
	CBS_NO_SUCH		help file does not exist for the requested task
	FSHARE_xxx		error accessing help file
