console_help_topic_names_c

	status.i4.v = console_help_topic_names_c(task.i1a.r, help_level.i4.v,
						 help_entry.i4.v,
						 topic_names.i1a.r,
						 name_length.i4.r,
						 topics_present.i1a.r,
						 num_topics.i4.r)

	This routine will return a requested block of console help topic names.
	Any of the returned argument values can be defaulted by passing a
	value of NULL for that argument.

	task		ASCII name of task to get help for
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
	help_level	level of help text requested (1-3)
	help_entry	specific set of help entry topic names requested
			(ignored for levels 1 and 2) (0-30 for level 3)
	topic_names	returned null terminated ASCII topic names
	name_length	returned length of topic names including the null
	topics_present	returned array of flags indicating which topics
			are valid
	num_topics	returned total number of topics for this level of help

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid help level requested
	CBS_NO_SUCH		help file does not exist for the requested task
	FSHARE_xxx		error accessing help file
