console_task_uptime_c

	status.i4.v = console_task_uptime_c(console.i4.v, slot.i4.v,
					    task_names.i1a.r, up_times.i4a.r,
					    returned_slots.i4a.r)

	This routine returns current task names and up times for tasks
	running in console process slots.

	console		console number
	slot		slot ID
			(PA_SLOT -> primary application A,
			 PB_SLOT -> primary application B,
			 PC_SLOT -> primary application C,
			 PD_SLOT -> primary application D,
			 PE_SLOT -> primary application E,
			 SA_SLOT -> secondary application A,
			 SB_SLOT -> secondary application B,
			 SC_SLOT -> secondary application C,
			 SD_SLOT -> secondary application D,
			 SE_SLOT -> secondary application E,
			 ALARM_SLOT -> alarms task,
			 UTIL_SLOT -> utilities window,
			 NONUSER_SLOT -> miscellaneous detached process,
			 CNSTASK_ALL_SLOTS -> all (NUM_CONSOLE_TASKS) slots)
	task_names	returned task name text
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters per task)
	up_times	returned task up times in seconds
	returned_slots	returned slot IDs in the same order as the
			task information

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_MEMFAIL		error in allocating dynamic memory
	CBS_INVARG		invalid slot ID passed
	ACNET_xxx		error in reading console information
