	cvi4n(value.i4.r, nchars.i2.r, buffer.i1a.r, start.i2.r,
	      radix.i2.r [,fillchar.i1.r])

This routine will convert a four byte integer value in the user's
variable 'value' into 'nchars' ASCII characters. The characters
will be placed in the user's byte buffer, 'lbuf', starting at the
character position specified by 'start' (first character is position 1).
The radix of the conversion is given by 'radix'.

	value value to convert
nchars number of characters to convert
	buffer returned ASCII buffer
start starting output character in 'lbuf' (starts at 1)
radix radix to use for the conversion
(values should be between 2 and 36)
[fillchar]	ASCII character to fill out buffer (default is BLANK)
