data_event_string_to_ftd

	status.i4.v = data_event_string_to_ftd(string.i1a.r, ftd.i2.r
					       [,options.u4.v])

	This routine converts a data event string to a Frequency Time
	Descriptor (FTD).

			(up to DATA_EVENT_MAX_LEN characters)
	ftd		returned Frequency Time Descriptor
			(constants are in 'diolib')
	[options]	conversion options
			(DATA_EVENT_OPT_NONE -> no options selected (default),
			 DATA_EVENT_OPT_EVENT_PLUS_DELAY -> support event
							    plus delay)
