					    urls.i1a.r, errors.i2a.r
					    [,num_devices.i4.v]
					    [,verify_url.i4.v])

This routine returns the help URL for a single device or
	a list of devices.

device_indices	device index or array of device indices
urls returned help URL or array of URLs
			(allow DIO_DEVICE_HELP_URL_LENGTH + 1 characters

errors returned ACNET status value or array of status values
	[num_devices]	number of devices
			(default is 1)
[verify_url]	flag indicating whether or not to verify the URL exists
(TRUE -> verify that the URL exists (default),
FALSE -> simply calculate what the correct URL
				  should be)

This function returns status values as follows:

	OK success
DIO_BADARG invalid number of devices passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL memory allocation failure
negative value ACNET format error indicating overall failure
positive value number of devices in error indicating partial
				success
