dio_digital_control_c

	status.i4.v = dio_digital_control_c(device_index.i4.v,
					    num_elements.i4.v,
					    start_element.i4.v,
					    string.i1a.r, length.i4.v)

	This routine sends a digital control command to a device.

	device_index	device index
	num_elements	number of array elements to control
	start_element	first element to control (starts at 0)
	string		digital control string
	length		length of string (If a value of zero is passed,
			the length of the string will be calculated.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_BADARG		invalid digital control string
	DIO_SETDIS		DIO settings are disabled
	DPM_xxx			datapool access error
