dio_is_float_raw_data_c

	status.i4.v = dio_is_float_raw_data_c(device_index.i4.v, property.i2.v)

	This routine checks to see if the raw data for a device and property
	is a floating point value.
	
	device_index	device index
	property	property index
			(PRREAD -> reading property,
			 PRSET -> setting property)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	DIO_BADARG		invalid property index passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_NOTYET		unsupported raw data type
	negative value		other ACNET format error
	TRUE			can be scaled to a primary value
	FALSE			cannot be scaled to a primary value
