dio_is_on_lst

	status.i4.v = dio_is_on_lst(list_id.i4.r, on_status.i4a.r,
				    errors.i2a.r [,on_text.i1a.r])

	This routine retrieves on/off status for a list of devices previously
	requested by a call to dio_bld_get(_c).

	list_id		list ID returned from dio_bld_get(_c)
			(Note:  This value will be set to zero if the
			 list is deleted.)
	on_status	returned array of on/off status values
			(TRUE -> device is on,
			 FALSE -> device is off,
			 DIO_NOATT -> on/off attribute is not defined)
	errors		returned ACNET status values for each item in list
	[on_text]	returned status text ("ON  " or "OFF ")
			(4 bytes for each device) (default is NULL)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_NOLIST		requested list does not exist
	DIO_NOSCALE		no status scaling information found
	negative value		ACNET format error indicating overall failure
	positive value		number of devices in error indicating partial
				success
