dio_is_string_property_c

	status.i4.v = dio_is_string_property_c(device_index.i4.v, property.i2.v
					       [,native_string.i4.r])

	This routine checks to see if a device property is scaled to
	a string value as opposed to a floating point value.
	
	device_index	device index
	property	property index
			(PRREAD -> reading property,
			 PRSET -> setting property)
	[native_string]	flag indicating whether this property is a native string
			(TRUE -> this property is a native string,
			 FALSE -> this property is not a native string)
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	DIO_BADARG		invalid property index passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	negative value		other ACNET format error
	TRUE			scaled to a string
	FALSE			scaled to a floating point value
