dio_is_string_transform_c

	status.i4.v = dio_is_string_transform_c(transform.i4.v)

	This routine checks to see if a common transform will result
	in a string value as opposed to a floating point value.

	transform	desired common transform number

	This function returns status values as follows:

	true			scaled to a string
	false			scaled to a floating point value
